3D printed Cells for education
Easy to read
The following is an 3D representation of and animal cell, the bright colors were chosen for readability, so students can easily identify each part.
Multi-Part
Each piece was design to be easily remove and put back together, this was achieved with precise tolerances and magnets for easy fixation.
Bacteria
Another Model I was proud to make was the bacterial model its tail and protuberances meant a lot of planing was done in how It would be printed since support clean-up after printing was to be avoided.
No clean-up needed
By focusing on the most important details I was able to reduce the size of protuberance until our printed was able to print then with no supports and by making the tail a removable part we gained both form and function since it would be easy to print and learn from after the fact.
